WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO SHOWCASE MY PROPERTY IN A VIDEO?
The best way to showcase your property in a video is to have it neatly furnished or completely empty. Make sure all lights are on, shades are open, and fans off. It is best if the property is vacant (ex. agent and videographer only) during filming so we can work efficiently and focus on capturing the best video. This helps your video stand out that much more on social media to attract potential buyers.
